Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Monitor and assess driver-entered data in the Gatekeeper system to identify assignment, maintenance, and/or equipment issues; provide solutions to common problems and document discrepancies and exceptions cleared by the team lead or management. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED with up to 1 year of experience in security, logistics, or related field, and/or suitable combination of education, experience, and training, or military equivalent.
