This is a hands-on role responsible for taking training needs from concept through completion, including researching and gathering information, collaborating with subject matter experts, creating presentations, videos, courses, and other learning materials, launching training, tracking completion, and maintaining learning programs. Own the organization, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Company’s learning and development programs, platforms, and technology, including the LMS, user management, courses, assignments, reporting, completion tracking, and any other learning resources or platforms.
