Repairs such mechanical components as panic bolts, door locks, door closers, ventilators, radiators, motor vents, draw curtain hardware, desk drawers and locks, file cabinet drawers and locks. Performs other duties as may be prescribed by law or assigned by supervisor, including assisting custodial staff to: Perform year-round schedule on care of all school grounds, including athletic fields, parking lots, driveways, and sidewalks.
