Job Summary: Under the direction of the Director of Centralized Services, provides ambulatory and centralized clinical pharmacy services to support medication management, medication access, transitions of care, and other patient care activities across the health system. The organization employs over 1,300 health care providers through ProMedica Physicians and has more than 2,300 physicians and advanced practice providers with privileges.
