While the Vice President, Human Resources owns the enterprise-wide HR strategy and oversees the centers of excellence (Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, etc.), the Senior HR Director, Operations is accountable for translating those programs into effective, on-the-ground execution across a large, distributed, frontline workforce.
