As the primary operational leader on site, you’ll run the full daily rhythm, yard, warehouse, processing, shipping, inventory, customer transactions, and documentation and be accountable for a safe, compliant, and efficient operation with 100% daily transaction and data accuracy in the Outlast platform. Reporting to the VP of Operations, this is a hands-on, boots on the ground role for an experienced scrap or recycling operator who treats the facility like their own business, builds processes where none exists, and embraces software as the operating system of the yard.
