Lead the planning and execution of generator maintenance, repair, outage, and modernization activities for hydrogen-cooled, air-cooled, and water-cooled generators, including rewinds, stator and rotor repairs, while providing project oversight and technical leadership to field and engineering resources. The Technical Support Manager - Generator (TSM) provides technical, operational, and personnel leadership for the Generator Services business, supporting field and shop organizations while overseeing the development of Generator Engineers and associated technical resources.
