As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for: Leading a team of 5+ full stack engineers building distributed certificate workflow systems Owning system design, architecture, and SLOs ensuring scalability, performance, security, and availability Collaborating with product and program leadership to define roadmaps and delivery timelines Resolving complex production issues, handling escalations, and coach teams on debugging methodologies Driving observability strategy implementing automated anomaly detection to identify and remediate system deviations Building alignment across engineering, product, and operations while maintaining technical velocity and autonomy Developing high-performing engineers through mentorship, coaching, technical guidance and career development Pioneering AI automation integrating LLMs into production pipelines for autonomous reasoning and orchestration. For US based candidates only - the base salary for this position ranges from $132,400 - $275,000/year; a candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
