The Social Services Supervisor may, as needed, carry a case load (panel) and will train social workers and case managers to effectuate social services, including planning, organizing, implementing and closing the loop for all social services needed for San Diego PACE participants and their families. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: organization of daily workflow, supervision of social service employees and related client outcomes, of QAPI projects, assessment, auditing charts and managing employee performance, treatment(s), teaching and counseling to participant, caregiver or other appropriate representatives.
