You will independently design, implement, monitor, and troubleshoot systems that support critical AGO operations, including Azure cloud services, identity and access management, virtualization platforms, servers, storage, backups, monitoring, and disaster recovery readiness. Serve as a senior technical escalation point for high complexity incidents involving servers, cloud services, identity platforms, storage, virtualization, and backups; conduct root cause analysis and lead remediation efforts.
