Organizationally, UWF consists of five units: the Operations group includes, Maintenance & Construction (buildings and grounds), Building Services (custodial and waste management/ recycling), Transportation Services, and Regulated Materials delivering services primarily on the Seattle Campus; the Asset Management group includes Project Delivery Group (PDG), Engineering Services, Campus Architecture and Planning, and Sustainability throughout the UW enterprise; the Campus Utilities & Operation, Human Resources, Finance, Business Intelligence & Information Technology group, Communications, and Safety report directly to the head of Facilities. As respected industry leaders, PDG brings experience, knowledge, a collaborative mindset, and a focus on client service to comprehensively manage all aspects of the different project delivery methods including critical patient care rosters, job order contracting, design-bid-build, GCCM, design-build and public/private partnerships.
