The right person should have strong experience with broker, investor, developer, and referral partner relationships, along with a clear understanding of investor loan structures, DSCR lending, Fix & Flip financing, Bridge lending, and Non-QM products. Build and manage relationships with mortgage brokers, real estate investors, developers, referral partners, and strategic partners.
