Prior supervisory experience, - System administration experience with Microsoft server and Linux operating systems, - Working knowledge of virtualization technologies, VMWare, or equivalent, - Experience managing and troubleshooting network infrastructure, including routing, switching, firewalls, VPN, and core protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP/s, SSH, SMTP, LDAP), - Strong knowledge of implementing and following best practices, including knowledge of security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols supporting Microsoft server systems, - Working familiarity with IT service management principles (e.g., ITIL), including basic incident, change, and problem management processes. - Experience with troubleshooting Microsoft system and server errors - Experience reviewing system error logs and user-reported errors - Experience with Splunk and SIEM platforms - Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) or Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) is a plus - Familiarity with Everpure/Pure storage[EP1.1] and NAS systems a plus, and Docker and container technologies.
