An equivalent combination of education and experience to perform the essential duties and meet the necessary employment standards may be considered.Education and Experience  <ul><li>Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including customer service, marketing, and operations, to ensure customer satisfaction and timely product delivery.</li><li>Bachelor’s Degree required.</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience selling into complex sales environments, or at least 5 years of experience selling solutions with an average 90–180 day sales cycle. Work with regional or national distributors is helpful.</li><li>Previous experience working local events and trade shows effectively to generate leads, initiate meaningful conversations, and build awareness of solutions. </li><li>Proven history of identifying and building strong relationships with prospects through a consultative and strategic approach.</li><li>Travel 30% - 45% required.</li><li>Prior MRO, Facilities Maintenance or Jan San channel experience preferred.</li></ul>CertificationsNoneEmployment StandardsThe requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities (KSA’s) required.<ul><li>Knowledge of MS Office.</li><li>Demonstrated success managing extended sales processes with multiple influencers and decision-makers. </li><li>Strong communication, discovery, and presentation skills, both in person and over the phone. </li><li>Experience selling into the facilities space is preferred, but not required.</li><li>Strategic thinker with the ability to navigate diverse organizational structures and decision hierarchies. </li><li>Skilled at engaging with C-level executives, operations leaders, and technical professionals. </li><li>Highly motivated, disciplined, and effective at balancing persistence with professionalism. </li><li>Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a performance-driven environment. Knowledge of HubSpot is helpful.
