Maintain excellent working relationships with internal stakeholders, external clients, engineers, consultants, contractors, and third-party entities (government agencies, municipalities, utility providers, public, etc.). This role reports to the General Manager of Infrastructure Development and involves all or parts of managing safety, budgets, schedules, design, permitting, procurement, construction, commissioning, and progress reporting for railway infrastructure projects in North America.
