<p style="margin-top:0px"><b>Full-Time/Hybrid Registered Dietitian Position</b><br/></p><p style="margin-top:0px">RD Nutrition Consultants LLC is seeking a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist to join our network of exceptional clinicians. You will have the ongoing support of our dedicated team, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality patient care<br/></p><p style="margin-top:0px"><b>Overview:  </b>This exciting opportunity for a Registered Dietitian offers a flexible and rewarding work-life balance with a blend of in-person and remote work options<b>.</b><br/></p><div><br/></div><p style="margin-top:0px"><b>Schedule: </b>24-32 hours per week, 60% completed remotely via telehealth<br/></p><p style="margin-top:0px"><b>Flexibility:</b> Choose your days and hours. Only 1-2 onsite visits are required per week, remaining hours are completed remotely via telehealth.<br/></p><p style="margin-top:0px"><b>Facility Type:</b> Skilled Nursing Facility<br/></p><p style="margin-top:0px"><b>Compensation:</b> $34.00 - $38.00, based on experience <br/></p><div><b>Benefits:</b> Optional medical, dental, and vision insurance through RDNC's provider (details upon onboarding). Up to 10 days combined PTO/sick leave per year, prorated.<br/></div><div><br/></div><p style="margin-top:0px"><b>Key Responsibilities:</b><br/></p><ul style="margin-top:0in"><li>Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments.<br/></li><li>Develop, implement, and monitor individualized nutrition care plans.<br/></li><li>Provide nutrition education and counseling.<br/></li><li>Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team.<br/></li><li>Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations, including those related to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and the Department of Health (DOH).<br/></li><li>Maintain appropriate documentation.<br/></li><li>Monitor all residents for changes in weight weekly and/or monthly to identify potential changes in nutrition or hydration status.<br/></li><li>Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance nutrition care services and resident outcomes.<br/></li><li>Perform other tasks as assigned and within scope of practice.<br/></li></ul><div><br/></div><br/><h3>Requirements</h3><ul style="margin-top:0in"><li><b>Experience & Qualifications:</b><br/></li><li><ul style="margin-top:0in"><li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field from an accredited program.<br/></li><li>Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.<br/></li><li>Current state licensure/certification (if mandated by the state)<br/></li><li>Minimum of 1 year clinical experience (preferred).<br/></li><li>Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare teams.<br/></li><li>Possesses the ability to apply critical thinking to a variety of situations, assess objectives, develop and implement and monitor effective plans for improvement.<br/></li><li>Proficiency in providing general nutrition interventions.<br/></li><li>Familiarity with state survey processes and adhering to nutrition care regulations<br/></li><li>Competency in electronic charting systems<br/></li></ul></li></ul><p style="margin-top:0px"> <br/></p><div>RD Nutrition Consultants LLC is a leading Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Consulting firm that provides Dietitians to healthcare facilities across the United States.
