Talkiatry was founded in 2020 by Dr. Georgia Gaveras, a triple board-certified psychiatrist in adult, child, and adolescent psychiatry, and Robert Krayn, a patient who experienced firsthand the challenges of accessing care. Patient population across the lifespan: children & adolescents (treated by board-certified Child & Adolescent Psychiatrists only), adults, and geriatric patients .

Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice built to combine the stability of a hospital practice with the clinical autonomy of private practice. This role is designed for psychiatrists who want: <ul><li> Predictable, W-2 compensation and benefits </li><li> Flexible scheduling, control over their schedule, session structure, and patient population </li><li> Minimal administrative burden in a fully remote, outpatient model </li></ul> What your day-to-day practice looks like: <ul><li>100% remote, outpatient psychiatry </li><li> Lower to moderate acuity populations (ex. anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, PTSD) </li><li> Patient population across the lifespan: children & adolescents (treated by board-certified Child & Adolescent Psychiatrists only), adults, and geriatric patients </li><li> Standard session lengths (60-minute intakes, 30-minute follow-ups) </li><li> No inpatient, intensive outpatient programs (IOP), partial hospitalization care or crisis coverage </li><li> In-house referral network to therapists </li><li> Full operational support, including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing </li></ul> Clinical autonomy & flexibility: <ul><li> Control over schedule and weekly availability </li><li> Session length within established clinical standards </li><li> Patient population, balanced to individual criteria and preferences </li><li> Clinical decision-making without pressure to shorten visits or increase volume </li></ul> Benefits & stability : <ul><li> Employer-paid health, dental, and vision insurance (up to 100% of premiums) </li><li> Malpractice coverage (occurrence-based, 100% employer-paid) </li><li>401(k) match with employer match and Day 1 vesting </li><li> Paid time off (PTO), paid sick time, and 11 paid holidays </li><li> Paid parental leave and long-term retention benefits (ex. 4-week paid sabbatical after 5 years) </li><li> CME reimbursement and dedicated CME days </li><li> Licensing support with upfront coverage of costs </li><li> Technology package provided </li></ul> What we’re looking for: <ul><li> Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrists (MD/DO) </li><li> Active, unrestricted medical license (multi-state licensing support available) </li><li> Interest in outpatient, 100% telepsychiatry-based care </li><li> Comfort with learning streamlined clinical technology </li><li> Strong clinical judgement, communication skills, and collaborative mindset </li></ul> Full-time and part-time W-2 employment Total annual on-target earnings of $300k - $350k +, consisting of: <ul><li> Base salary </li><li> Monthly productivity incentive (guaranteed during initial 6-month onboarding period) </li></ul> Our history Talkiatry was founded in 2020 by Dr. Georgia Gaveras, a triple board-certified psychiatrist in adult, child, and adolescent psychiatry, and Robert Krayn, a patient who experienced firsthand the challenges of accessing care. JOB DESCRIPTIONLeads and directs team responsible for compliance activities. Seeks to ensure the organization adheres to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and Molina internal policies, and prevents and/or detects violation of applicable laws and regulations, and protect the business from liability, fraudulent or abusive practices.Essential Job Duties
• Directs and oversees compliance activities and serves as a resource on compliance issues.
• Demonstrates leadership and expertise to ensure compliance with applicable state/federal statutes and internal policies.
• Facilitates training and education, and subject matter expertise related to compliance requirements.
• Ensures business accountability for compliance investigations - ensuring oversight, follow-up, and resolution.
• Enforces the compliance plan, code of conduct and anti-fraud plan.
• In conjunction with compliance leadership and the special investigative unit (SIU) team, develops an active relationship with third parties who have specific experience in conducting fraud, waste and abuse (FWA) investigations.
• Prepares written quarterly reports to inform compliance leadership on the status of activities pertaining to overall compliance for area(s) of responsibility.
• Oversees team of compliance professionals; responsible for hiring, performance management, recognition, and staff development.Job Requirements
• At least 8 years of experience in compliance, risk management, and/or auditing, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
• At least 3 years management/leadership experience.
• Extensive knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks and industry standards.
• Experience developing and implementing compliance programs and controls.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to thrive in a cross-functional highly matrixed environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Project management experience.
• Ability to build rapport and gain the respect and collaboration of internal/external stakeholders.
• Knowledge and ability to think creatively, proactively, and independently.
