Research potential cross-marketing opportunities. Ensure quality control (QC) before submitting proposals.</li></ul> Qualifications: <ul><li> Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field, with a master’s degree preferred.</li><li> 12+ years of experience in the AEC industry, with a strong emphasis on healthcare.</li><li> Ability to represent RLF positively at business functions, industry conferences, and professional association meetings.</li><li> Experience presenting at healthcare conferences and drafting white papers.</li><li> Proven track record in business development, sales, fee proposals, and building strong client relationships, with the ability to manage and deliver complex healthcare projects.</li><li> Experience as a Project Manager or Client Leader.</li><li> Strong client service orientation, attention to detail, multitasking, and organizational abilities.</li><li> Demonstrated interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and effective communication.</li><li> Ability to actively listen, ask appropriate questions, and follow up effectively.</li><li> Proficiency in MS Office, with MS Project and business development/CRM software experience being a plus.</li></ul> Interested in hearing more?
