The engineer works autonomously on complex, project-level goals and collaborates with architects, FHIR engineers, developers, testers, onboarding teams, and external partners. This role designs and supports integrations across EHR, claims, public-health, and partner systems using HL7 v2, MLLP gateways, Apache NiFi, and Open Integration Engine.
