This is not a remote position - it is based at our Support Center in beautiful Boca Raton, FL.<br/><br/><b>Responsibilities</b><br/><br/><ul><li> Insurance Coordination and Accounts Receivable for multiple remote dental locations. </li><li> Responsible for processing appeals to insurance companies </li><li> Processes all insurance billing, posting payments and claim estimates for multiple assigned dental practices. </li><li> Coordinates and processes payments from insurance carriers and troubleshoots any issues related to these payments. </li><li> Ensures coordination of benefits is accurate and considered as part of the financial planning. </li><li> Serves as a liaison between insurance carriers, staff and patients to resolve any concerns and maintain a positive working relationship. </li><li> Ensures all insurance related duties are completed in a timely and accurate manner to ensure excellent patient relations and financial success for multiple dental locations. </li><li> Achieves revenue goals by effectively managing collections and receivables, specialty, insurance billing and all accounts receivables follow up. </li><li> Processes all forms of insurance payments. </li><li> Assists designated offices with appropriate payment and insurance processes. </li><li> Responsible for accounts receivables to include, sending of billing statements, aging reports, and collections. </li><li> Ensure proper fee schedules are paid out. </li><li> Guidance from Senior Director of RCM & assigned insurance carriers. Responsible for running reports from reporting system (SageNet) for accuracy of collecting, processing outstanding aging claims. </li><li> Other duties as required. </li><li> Recognize and report discrepancies to Supervisors and Management. </li><li> Communicate with customers via phone and email to help gather missing details and support documentation. </li></ul><br/><br/><b>Qualifications</b><br/><br/><ul><li> 2 years dental insurance/billing experience is required (Certification Preferred). </li><li> Experience in reviewing x-rays. </li><li> Knowledge in dental coding and medical terminology. </li><li> 2 years of use of Dentrix dental software (preferred). </li><li> Accuracy and organization are a must. </li><li> Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients, staff and insurance carriers. </li><li> Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook required. </li><li> Strong written and verbal communication skills. </li><li> Well organized and detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and meet departmental goals in a fast paced, highly competitive environment with a focus on customer service. </li><li> Ability to maintain composure when facing change or working under pressure. </li><li> Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships. </li></ul><br/><br/><b>What Sage Offers</b><br/><br/><ul><li> Work location: Sage Dental Support Center located in Boca Raton, FL 33487. </li><li> Growth opportunity. </li><li> Competitive base pay. </li><li> Bonus programs (job specific). </li><li> Benefits such as: Health Insurance, In-House Dental Program, PTO, Holiday Pay, Direct Deposit, 401K and more! </li></ul></div><div><div><h3>Required</h3><ul></ul></div><div><h3>Preferred</h3><ul></ul></div></div><div><h3>Job Industries</h3><ul><li>Other</li></ul></div></div>
