Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 10 years of experience in the direct handling of complex workers’ compensation claims in IL, IN, CO, MN, WI, or TX – OR – 14 years of experience in multi-line claims including the following: direct field claims losses, coverage analysis, litigation management, and substantial claims supervisory experience. In this leadership role, you will provide direction, oversight, and support to a team of claims professionals while promoting consistent, effective claim handling and quality outcomes for policyholders, injured workers, agency partners, and the organization.
