The Cultural Resources Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the cultural resources team through all phases of archaeological and cultural resources work, including field investigations, artifact analysis, compliance reporting, and coordination with SHPOs, Tribes, and federal agencies. The role includes full project management for large, multi-year contracts-developing scopes and pricing, managing deliverables and budgets, overseeing staffing, and maintaining strong client relationships.
