Demonstrated experience implementing or supporting Salesforce Data 360 (formerly Data Cloud), including data ingestion, modeling, identity resolution, segmentation, profile unification, and activation or integration with Salesforce applications, is also desired, or demonstrated experience implementing or supporting Salesforce Agentforce (generative AI) capabilities, including configuration, testing, and evaluation, and collaboration on governance and security controls.
