A candidate hired under Pathway B does not hold RN scope of practice; RN-specific competency validation, preceptorship, and practice determinations are delegated in writing to a designated RN Clinical Educator, RN Field Training Officer, or the Medical Program Director. Design and administer annual competency assessments, including critical care skills — hemodynamic monitoring, ventilator management, vasoactive infusions, advanced airway, blood products, and device transport.
