Partner with the Director of Hologic Capital & Strategic Solutions and Strategic Sales team to execute and scale Hologic Capital strategies, programs, processes, tools, and commercial initiatives across the U.S. Serve as a key liaison between Hologic commercial teams and external lending partners, coordinating financial-solution opportunities from evaluation through structure, approval, documentation, funding, and implementation. This individual contributor role operates at the intersection of sales, finance, strategy, and execution, partnering with Strategic Sales, National Accounts, Sales Enablement, field leadership, Finance, Business Units, and external lending partners to accelerate capital acquisition, strengthen enterprise relationships, and drive sustainable growth.
