Creating and carrying out user research plans (i.e., surveys, interviews, focus groups, etc.), as well as explaining user research results to internal and external stakeholders Planning and facilitating design thinking workshops (i.e., journey mapping, user needs modeling, etc.) Creating UX deliverables (i.e., user models and scenarios, sketches, user stories, user flows, wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps) Creating and iterating on interactive user experience prototypes that require coding. Planning and conducting usability testing, analyzing user feedback and activity, and iterating to improve the user experience Working closely with developers to bring designs to life and iteratively improve solutions Collecting quantitative and qualitative UX metrics that support usability validation Assisting with content development Designing for multi-device web, iOS, and Android contexts Other duties as assigned Consultants may be eligible to telecommute for more than 50% of their work hours, up to and including 100% remote work.
