Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience, with at least 15 years of program or project management experience supporting contracts of comparable size and complexity. This position will lead the Program Management Office supporting the U.S. Census Bureau's Census Talent Acquisition and Management contract, overseeing cost, schedule, performance, staffing, risk, quality, and contractual compliance.
