A Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college with a major in one or more of the following: city / urban planning, transit planning, transportation science, geography, urban studies, public administration, architecture, engineering, political science, or related fields; and five (5) years of full-time paid experience in urban planning, transit/transportation planning, transit scheduling or operations.
