The ideal candidate brings a strong clinical experience with case management, inpatient nursing, and population health (OR), OR a baseline Epic Inpatient ClinDoc, Inpatient or Healthy Planet exposure and desire to deepen knowledge within the application or learn additional applications in support of improving patient outcomes, quality of care and clinician efficiency. Overview: Overview: The Epic Population Health IT Associate Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day support, optimization, testing, and maintenance of Epic Population Health applications, including Inpatient Case Management, Healthy Planet and EpicCare Link in support of organizational Population Health strategy.
