Essential Functions of the Job: Edit and submit study protocols and other required research documentationEngages, recruits, and enrolls study participants according to study protocolsObtains informed consent for all study participantsPerforms data entry using the study data management system (ie; REDCap)Performs or assists with routine data verification and quality controls to ensure data integrity and consistencyRetains participants into the program by supporting completion of additional program activities through various methods (e.g., in-person, virtual)Assists in the setup, operation, and maintenance of research equipment and/or instrumentation as specifically instructedCollects physical measurements and biospecimen according to study protocolsTracks research participants and performs follow-up tasks according to study protocolIdentifies and implements strategies to increase recruitment, enrollment and retention effortsProvides assistance in a variety of tasks in support of established recruitment and retention goalsProvides assistance to the Principal Investigator, Program Manager, and Program Supervisor as needed.
