We are seeking a motivated Community Education Liaison to build and strengthen relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other healthcare partners throughout the Greater Los Angeles and South Bay areas. This is an outside sales position focused on educating healthcare professionals about hospice and palliative care services, generating referrals, and expanding community partnerships.
