The position will ensure consistent application of finance policies and procedures through collaborative partnerships with Hotel Directors of Finance, Corporate Finance Groups, Lead Directors of Finance, the Essentials Shared Services organization, ownership representatives, and leadership within assigned projects, including: Lead and support special projects, strategic initiatives, and business priorities as assigned by Hotel Finance leadership. This role partners with Hotel Directors of Finance, General Managers, Regional Functional Leaders, ownership groups, corporate stakeholders, the Essentials Shared Services organization, and brand leadership to address complex business challenges, improve financial performance, strengthen operational effectiveness, and support key organizational priorities.
