As a member of the Data Center Operations team, the Critical Operations Engineer II (COE II) is responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting critical data center electrical, mechanical, cooling, and fire/life safety systems to ensure the highest levels of reliability and uptime. Lead administrative activities across CMMS, ticketing, monitoring, and other operational platforms; maintain accurate documentation, provide timely updates, and coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
