Qualifications: Clinical Judgment: Demonstrates strong ability to review and provide constructive feedback on case manager documentation and resident engagement, ensuring best practices are followed in home visits, assessments, service plans, progress notes, and case conferences. Supervision & Staff Development: Provides supportive, yet directive, supervision, coaching staff in harm reduction, trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, addressing Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), and crisis intervention.
