These duties include but are not limited to assisting members with move in/move out, submitting various informational notices to residents, assisting with house safety and maintenance checks, greeting and overseeing work of contractors or vendors performing specialized maintenance services, and monitoring for lease agreement adherence. General skill in exercising independent judgment, tact, patience, and understanding; maintaining effective working relationships with members, other staff, and the community.
