The GSOC Manager will build and maintain the SOPs, policies, and plans that govern GSOC operations, and will work in close, daily partnership with all Lila employees, the Senior Director - Protective Security, all facilities'' security officers, Facilities, EHS, IT, contractors, building engineers, guests, and other third parties to keep Lila Sciences'' people and sites safe and secure. This role is responsible for enterprise access control management, Emergency Notification System (ENS) management, radio system management, visitor management, video surveillance, and intrusion detection systems, and acts as the central point of coordination for incident response and first-responder engagement.
