What You'll Help With: • Microsoft 365 administration (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) • Email security, spam/phishing prevention, and domain authentication (Mimecast, SPF, DKIM, DMARC) • User onboarding/offboarding, permissions, and device setup • Troubleshooting hardware/software issues for internal team members and contractors • Managing IT vendors and recommending infrastructure/security improvements • Supporting password management, access controls, and cybersecurity best practices • General tech support and ongoing systems maintenance. We're seeking someone proactive, responsive, and solutions-oriented who can help keep our systems secure, efficient, and running smoothly as we continue to scale.
