To ensure a seamless transition, the incoming CFO will have the opportunity to work directly alongside the current CFO during a transition period, gaining firsthand knowledge of the organization's financial operations, leadership team, affiliated companies, systems, processes, and key relationships with external stakeholders such as accounting, banking, employee benefits, legal, and insurance. 10+ years of progressive financial management experience including significant experience in a senior finance or CFO-level role with demonstrated experience with budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, and financial modeling.
