You will guide Boards through operational and financial decisions, coordinate vendors and community projects, monitor property conditions, resolve homeowner concerns, and maintain clear communication among Boards, residents, vendors, and CMGT’s internal teams. Success requires an analytical and direct communication style, strong attention to detail, comfort working through changing priorities, and the judgment to create structure when the path forward is not always fully defined.
