About the role: As a Principal Engineer, Concrete Materials you will manage the selection, design, testing, and quality control of concrete mixes and concrete constituents to ensure structural integrity, durability, and compliance with specifications; as well as troubleshooting on-site issues, and bridging laboratory testing with field application. Key Responsibilities: Concrete Mix Design Development: Create, evaluate, and approve concrete mixtures (cement, aggregates, admixtures) based on strength, workability, and durability.
