This role sits at the intersection of EDI, Azure cloud, SQL/data platforms, D365, scripting, and app support — the candidate must troubleshoot complex integration failures end-to-end, lead technical teams during outages, and communicate clearly with business stakeholders. Hands-on Microsoft Azure experience, including several of: Azure SQL, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Azure Functions, Storage, Event Hubs, Key Vault, Synapse, Logic Apps, Databricks.
