Purpose Statement/Position Summary: The Manager, Forward Deployed Transformation serves as a leader within Children's Hospital Los Angeles, responsible for overseeing a portfolio of strategic transformation initiatives and a team of Forward Deployed transformation Consultants and Senior Consultants embedded across clinical, operational, research, and administrative functions. This role partners closely with executive, physician, operational, and administrative leaders to advance organizational priorities through operational, digital, and strategic transformation initiatives that initiatives that improve costeffectiveness, efficiency, productivity, and financial performance.
