You will monitor daily EDI activity, troubleshoot transmission and transaction issues, work with vendors and third-party EDI providers, and help make sure data is flowing where it should, when it should, and in the format everyone agreed on. You will track issues, report on outstanding problems, help vendors work through EDI errors, support onboarding and testing, and keep internal teams informed when something is holding up the process.
