Responsibilities include updating borrower and investor information, processing investor transfers and balance adjustments, maintaining loan records following assumptions and modifications, and completing servicing activities related to Successors in Interest, Power of Attorney requests, Third Party Authorizations, borrower information updates, homeowner association activities, and FHA Payment Supplement Agreements. The Special Loans Analyst I plays an important role in supporting loan maintenance activities, regulatory requirements, investor servicing functions, customer communications, and operational support efforts while helping UHC fulfill its mission of serving Utah's housing needs through finance and innovation.
