Category Strategy: Own assigned Professional services and IT spend categories (e.g., Consulting, SaaS, Cloud/Infrastructure, End-User Devices, Managed Services); assess market dynamics, benchmarks, and savings levers; build and execute sourcing strategies aligned to stakeholder goals. • Strong command of contract constructs (MSA/SOW, SLAs/service credits, termination, indemnities, liability caps, audit, data privacy/security, IP). • Comfort with supplier risk and compliance reviews in partnership with Legal/InfoSec/Privacy. • Data-driven: pricing analysis, TCO, scenario modeling, and savings/benefits tracking.
