Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (eg, education, business, information technology) or equivalent experience.• 3+ years of experience designing, developing, delivering, and evaluating technology-focused learning programs using instructor-led, virtual, blended, and self-paced modalities.• The Training Enablement Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, delivering, and continuously improving flexible learning and enablement solutions that ensure Advancement staff and campus partners are equipped with the knowledge and resources needed to effectively adopt and use DS&I tools.
