The Project Subcontracts Specialist serves as the primary commercial and contractual point of contact for subcontractors, working closely with Project Management, Construction, Procurement, Commercial, and Legal teams to ensure subcontractor compliance, performance management, contract administration, change order management, claims resolution, and risk mitigation throughout project execution. The Project Subcontracts Specialist supports successful project delivery by proactively identifying and managing subcontract risks, administering contractual obligations, resolving disputes, and fostering productive subcontractor relationships.
