We provide all of the leads. Inbound calls and digital leads are all provided by the agency. You will never be asked to pressure your personal network. You show up, work the leads, and set appointments.Do I need any experience?No. You don't need any insurance, sales, or call center experience to apply. We train you on everything. The scripts, the systems, the CRM, all of it. What matters is your attitude, your coachability, and your willingness to put in the work.Do I need a license or a degree?No. This role does not require any license or degree. If you eventually move into a full producer role, we cover 100% of your licensing costs at that point. From there, you're on the phones. Calling leads, having conversations, booking appointments, and completing live transfers. You'll have coaching check-ins throughout the week and access to leadership anytime you need support.
