8–10+ years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, project operations, project controls, information management, or related project delivery functions, with demonstrated experience designing and implementing improved ways of working across Design & Construction, Engineering, Construction Management, Facilities, Project Controls, or similar capital project organizations. The ideal candidate brings strong experience leading operational excellence and/or process improvement efforts in complex capital project environments, supported by hands-on experience with documentation, information management, common data environments, and/or project controls interfaces.
