This is a fully remote position, though candidates must reside near one of the Firm’s east coast offices ( Pittsburgh, PA, Philadelphia, PA, Harrisburg, PA, Princeton, NJ, Washington, DC, or Miami, FL ) and have the ability to come to the office, for training, equipment retrieval, and other instances when physical presence may be necessary. Required Qualifications : Thorough understanding of legal terms, pleadings and court structure, including state courts, federal courts, appellate courts, Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, and various other jurisdictions and administrative bodies.
